What is covered under the service warranty?

Our expert pest control technicians are thorough, however sometimes it is not possible to foresee every problem in the first visit. If  you experience problems with any  pests covered under our warranty then we will come back to address the issue as soon as we can. Our one year warranty is applicable to ants (internal), spiders (external), cockroaches (internal) and silverfish (internal).

Do I need to be home when the pest control technicians come?

No you do not! Your property should be empty by the time our technicians come to treat your home, therefore it is up to you whether you wish to leave a spare key to enter the property or alternatively leave the house unlocked for them. Either way we will lock up once we have finished carrying out all the pest treatment solutions. When booking please let us know your intentions for us to enter.

How do I pay for your services?

At the time of booking you have the option to pay by credit card, upfront or by cash in person on the day. If you chose to pay by cash but did not get time to visit an ATM before meeting with our technician we still have you covered! All our payment details will be on your invoice to make an electronic transfer.

How often should I have pest control done?

It is important to prevent pests from doing damage to a property. In most cases damage that is caused by pests is not covered by your home insurance. We recommend that you have your property inspected for pests every 12 months, however if you notice a pest infestation, contact your technician to treat the situation before it turns into a bigger problem.
